Staying at this hotel was a delight, being just a few steps from the 360 Chicago Observation Deck and surrounded by great food options like NoMi Kitchen right next door. we truly appreciated the easy access to landmarks and the convenience of a hotel vehicle to whisk us to the theater, making our stay extra special.

Breakfast was a highlight, with succulent organic chicken beautifully presented by attentive staff. On the downside, the check-in process felt a bit prolonged, and I experienced noise from the hallway at night.
